**Title:** Slack integration for new feedback notifications

**Problem:** My team lives in Slack. We miss feedback that comes in because we don't check the dashboard frequently. Important customer issues go unnoticed for hours.

**Solution:** Send new feedback to a Slack channel so we see it immediately. Ideally with the feedback content, category, and a link to respond.

**Impact:** Our 8-person support team would use this daily. We already have Slack integrations for other tools and this is the only one we check manually.
